In-person and virtual attendees heard from thought leader experts on key issues and innovations, including keynote speaker and recent Emmy winner Dr. John Brownstein. Discussing how marketers should structure so that data analytics, marketing and brand work well together were experts Jim DeLash (GSK), Ben Waters (Veeva), Ozge Ulsucu (GSK), and Amy Turnquist (North Highland).

The DHC and Pharma Marketing Network recently held a joint roundtable discussion on the topic of physician-level data (PLD) and its role in pharma marketing. Topics covered included what drivers are used for PLD, successes and challenges, how it’s used, and where it’s headed. Guests of the panel included experts from GSK, Ispen, BioPharm Communications, and CMI, who all spoke to the importance of incorporating and leveraging PLD inside and outside their organizations.
