Telemedicine Insights from the Consumer POV

People with health conditions are having to weigh the risks of going to doctors’ appointments vs. missing these appointments, or reinventing how they access healthcare altogether. A recent online insights community conducted by Healthline Media found that 54% of people living with a health condition have used telemedicine. While telemedicine has been helpful to stay in touch with their doctors and easily receive Rx refills, respondents shared that the experience can be impersonal and doesn't replace the in-person visits they previously had.
